He has more than 10 years of experience in PT. Astra International Honda Sales Operation and PT Federal International Finance. Prior to setting up the firm, he was also Founding Partner in Situmeang, Hassim & Associate Law Firm (1990). By his well experience as Corporate Lawyer in Astra Group and Senior Partner at Situmeang, Hassim & Associates Law Firm, he is very strong in general corporate matters, structured finance, fund-raising strategy, company acquisition, debt restructuring and rescheduling, credit management, business process engineering, capital market products, and taxation as well.

Fatima Justini Omas, S.H., is a graduate from the Faculty Of Law, Universitas Indonesia, Jakarta, 1989.
Started her career in 1986 with PT Fortius - sole distributor of PT Kabelmetal Indonesia, then with PT Asahimas Flatglass Co. ltd in 1989, continued with the Hongkong and Shanghai Banking Corp. Ltd, at International Payment Division then Treasury Division. She has passed quite lot of job training, locally and abroad, fore that she used to handle various kind of banking and foreign exchange transactions and activities with local and international banks, as well as with clients of local and multi-national companies.
